The guys at Power Line have a serious--and sobering--look at the legal and constitutional implications of Obama's attempt to use White House resources to collect information on his political opponents.

It's no laughing matter.

Some Democrats also want individuals who show up at town halls and oppose their agenda to be photographed and investigated.

Just imagine if George W. Bush and Republicans had employed tactics such as these (they never did, despite all manner of lies and untrue rhetoric about things like the Patriot Act). Now that Obama and the Democrats are doing what they falsely denounced Republicans for doing, you can hear the crickets chirp amidst the silence over on the left.
