It took over 3 minutes of repeating a direct question before Rep. John Campbell (R-CA) would finally admit that yes, the President was indeed born in the United States (that with his birth certificate staring him in the face). Chris Matthews was brilliant in this segment. Rep. Campbell is just fueling the birther conspiracy nutjobs. Argue policy...that is legitimate and expected. But the
