It's not Obama's Waterloo

Waterloo was Napoleon's futile attempt to regain the glory of 1789-1812: His defeat at Waterloo reduced him to a broken shell of his former self, and he did six years later, alone and in exile in the middle of nowhere.

Instead, tonight was Obama's Moscow: At the height of his power, he reached too far and didn't take into account the hostility of the environment around him. It's not the last act of Obama's Presidency, but it is the beginning of the end. He's reached the limits of himself, let's see how he handles the backlash that is sure to come.
